Palouse Commercial has been dedicated to growing our business community for over 7 years. We provide a variety of services from commercial sales and leasing to land development. We make it a priority to familiarize ourselves with our local and national markets to assist our clients in making solid business choices. Another year of development and activity have gone into our database allowing us now to reflect on trends to track the retail, office, industrial, and multi-family markets.
On May 31st, 2017, we held our annual Regional Commercial Market Review. Shelley L. Bennett owner/broker of Palouse Commercial began the presentations. Her presentation was followed by representatives of both the cities of Pullman and Moscow, Pete Dickinson and Bill Belknap. Next, Kerri Jo Staniszewski from Corporate Pointe Developers WSU explained current student housing plans for the Pullman area. Justin Rasmussen, a commercial real estate investment specialist wrapped up the event with an insightful presentation of just how different commercial real estate investments are when comparing a major market to a smaller rural market such as ours. This information is invaluable to us and we hope you find it useful when making business and investment decisions here on the Palouse.
